Because we only manage community associations like yours, Ponderosa Community Management has the resources, education, training, focus and expertise not found at other property management companies.
One of the best ways to enhance the value of your property–and the quality of your lifestyle–is to surround yourself with good neighbors. The key to building a successful neighborhood is a strong and productive homeowners association. Your Ponderosa community association manager will help you reach this goal through smoother and more efficient governance. You’ll have access to the most responsive association management team in the industry.
We strive to make the experience of serving on your Board of Directors as pleasurable and hassle-free as possible. We make a personal investment in your homeowners and a commitment of advice and service to your community.

Customer service is part of his DNA. From his days managing a customer service department at Washington Mutual to his career in Association Management, Rob understood that providing excellent service to his customers was the key to success. After 12 years in the industry, Rob knew there was a better way to do business and with his wife, Melissa, and their trusted dog, Bubba, he headed to Spokane and opened Ponderosa Community Management’s doors.
When not working, Rob tries to #optoutside as much as possible. If he is not standing in a river untangling his fly line or in the woods setting up his campsite you will probably find him at home with aforementioned wife and dog grilling dinner.
